It is no suprise that we are a big fan of Etsy here at Upcycle Magazine. So, I am happy to share with you the 2nd Annual Earth Day Auction being sponsored by Team EcoEtsy. There is still time to be a part of this great event.

The auction lasts for two more weeks. The items are donated by their members and all proceeds are donated to Habitat for Humanity in Japan to help rebuild and to aid Japanese earthquake survivors. So you can bid on beautiful handmand eco-goods and feel great about it twice because you are helping save the earth and helping save the people. A great combination!

New categories are announced each week. The current auctions end this Sunday April 17th. Next weeks auction will run until April 24th with the winners being announced on Monday, April 25th 2011.
